Pricing
No setup fees. No long contracts. Month-to-month billing — cancel anytime.
Yes — Rithma is in private beta with a 14-day free trial on every plan. Create an account, pick your role, and explore the dashboard. Payment is only required when you start a paid plan after the trial.
No — when you sign up, Rithma asks who you are (caregiver, agency, family, or senior) and points you to the right plan. You can always change later from your profile.
Usually no for core visibility. If your loved one's home-care agency uses Rithma, families on the agency roster get the Free tier at no charge — summaries, live feed, medications, and emergency packet. Advanced ($59/mo) is a separate personal subscription for Primary Chat, household scheduling workspace, and full household documents when you want those capabilities.
Billing
Add a card once in Profile → Billing and Rithma charges you each month. Your card details are handled by our payment provider; we never store the full card number.
Inside the dashboard, go to Profile → Billing. From there you can download receipts, change your card, or cancel.
Open Profile → Billing and choose Cancel. You’ll keep access through the end of the period you’ve already paid for, and won’t be charged again.
You'll get an email from our payment provider and we'll retry the card. While the subscription isn't active, Rithma keeps your data and lets you read what you have, but it pauses features that require an active plan until billing is back on track.
No. We verify billing after every checkout and run a nightly check so your account matches what you actually paid for.
Not yet — for now everyone is on simple monthly billing. If you’re an agency with special billing needs, contact us and we’ll see what we can do.
How Rithma works
Rithma is one platform for home care: scheduling, EVV, recruiting, billing, compliance, and voice-first AI agents for caregivers, agencies, families, and seniors.
Home care agencies, caregivers (working for an agency or on their own), seniors receiving care at home, and family members who want to stay informed.
No. Rithma is designed to feel familiar — like a calendar, a notes app, and a family chat in one place. Most people are comfortable after the first day.
Yes. Several family members can be connected to the same senior, and one of them is the main contact. That can be changed any time.
At the end of each day, Rithma writes a short recap for family members — what happened during visits, how the day went, what to know for tomorrow. It’s built from the real notes the caregiver left.
Instead of typing, caregivers can speak a quick note during or after a visit. Rithma tidies it up so it’s clear and easy to read — and the original wording is always kept too.
Yes — there’s a mobile app for caregivers on iOS and Android, plus the web version on a computer or tablet for everyone.
Not at all. Independent caregivers can run their own practice on Rithma, and families can use it directly to organize care at home — with or without an agency.
Yes. Families can add small tasks for an upcoming visit, and caregivers see them before they arrive.
Rithma handles time zones automatically — everyone sees the schedule in the time that matters to them.
Yes. Agencies get recruiting built in — job posts, applicant pipeline, job-board syndication, templates, and AI-assisted job creation — hire straight into your roster.
During private beta, agencies can run private-pay invoices and professional claims (837P/837I) through connected clearinghouses (Stedi or Waystar), with remittance (835) and AR/denials workflows. Prior auth, Medicaid/Medi-Cal payer setup, and LTC/VA billing vary by agency — contact us with your payer mix before go-live.
GPS clock-in/out is built into every visit. For state Medicaid EVV, agencies in supported states can configure Sandata, HHAeXchange, eMedNY (New York), or CareBridge exports and API submission — often starting with UAT package handoff. See Integrations and your agency's EVV settings for what's enabled today.
Family accounts can watch real-time visit activity during an active shift — so you know care is happening without waiting for the end-of-day summary.
Agency operations
Yes — self-serve CSV import workflows support common exports from WellSky, ClearCare, and AxisCare (clients, caregivers, schedules, authorizations, and more). Imports are phased; contact us if you need help mapping a specific legacy report.
Approved hours can export to connected payroll and accounting tools — see Integrations and Profile → Connections.
Agencies can connect optional partners for background checks and e-sign — see the Integrations page. Rithma also includes its own document vault and internal e-sign.
Safety & privacy
Yes. Your information is stored on secure servers, encrypted in transit and at rest. Only the people you’ve invited can see your account — and only the parts they’re supposed to.
Built for HIPAA — encrypted, audited, BAA available for agencies.
No. Your data belongs to you and the people you care for. We never sell it and we don’t use it to show ads.
Only people connected to that senior — caregivers assigned to visits, your agency if you’ve linked one, and the family members you’ve added.
For home care agencies and independent caregivers, yes — they need a second step to log in. Families and seniors can turn it on too if they want extra protection.
We never see your password — it’s hashed securely. We also block very common passwords so your account starts with a strong one.
Caregivers see what they need to do their job well — the visit plan, tasks, and notes their agency has approved. You decide what extra information to share.
