Stage 1 · Private Beta · Spring 2026

The rhythm and algorithm of home care.

AI that rewards great caregivers, helps home care agencies keep them, and gives families real confidence in the care their loved ones receive.

Home care is built on trust between three people who can never all be in the same room — the caregiver, the agency owner, and the family. Today, most of what happens inside a client's home is invisible to the people who matter most.

Rithma changes that. Quietly, warmly, and in the language each family actually speaks.

Two ideas, one word.

Rhythm — the daily, reliable pattern of good care. The small acts repeated with love. Breakfast at the same hour. Medications at the same moment. The steady arrival of someone trusted.

Algorithm — from Al-Khwarizmi, the 9th-century Persian mathematician from whom we inherit the very idea of computation. His name gave us the word. His intellectual tradition runs through our family's home region of Khwarezm, in modern-day Uzbekistan.

Rithma is both. The rhythm of daily care, made intelligent by algorithms. A company that could only have been named by a family with roots in both.

Rithma
Rithma · noun
A care platform that listens, remembers, and rewards — so that nobody who needs help goes unseen.

One product. Three audiences. Every feature must serve all three.

The hardest problem in home care isn't technology. It's that the caregiver, the agency owner, and the family each need something different — and most software serves only one of them. Rithma is built to serve all three.

i.

Caregivers

They are our primary user. Every feature must help them earn more, work smarter, or feel seen. Good work becomes visible. Good caregivers are rewarded. The app is something they love to use — not something they tolerate.

ii.

Agency owners

They are the buyers. Rithma reduces their operational pain — last-minute cancellations, scheduling chaos, quality variance — and helps them retain their best caregivers. It pays for itself through reduced turnover alone.

iii.

Families

They are the emotional stakeholders. Rithma gives them real visibility into the care their loved one receives — daily updates in their own language, with warmth. So they can sleep at night knowing.

Built by people who actually do the work.

Rithma is a family-built company. The Musabaev family has operated an artisan bakery in the San Francisco Bay Area for years. We are now launching our own home care agency — which will run on Rithma from day one.

Osman and Khasan Musabaev — the technical co-founders — previously built plex.page, an AI summarization search engine. According to KDnuggets, it summarized nearly one million search phrases and processed over 100,000 new phrases per day at peak, years before ChatGPT was publicly available.

We have real operating experience. We have shipped AI products before. We have watched caregivers, seniors, and families struggle with tools built by people who never lived the work. Rithma is what we would have wanted.

Nobody should live alone.

Rithma is in private beta with a small number of home care agencies in California. If you operate an agency, work in senior care, or have a loved one receiving home care — we would love to hear from you.
